lightofmylife - it's interesting that we are experiencing the exact same thing after l-arg. i swear that stuff is the worst. it totally messed me up. some people have luck with it, but not me. i do get EWCM a few days before the temp rise and this cycle i seemed to have some on the day it spiked as well. hmmmm. but seriously the temps are pretty convincing... pre-O I'm always in the low 96 degree range and they automatically spike to above 97.5 post ovulation. this cycle was no different, i was just worried since i can't get that OPK to show me a positive. i've never had that problem before l-arg.

i think Indira might be on to something with her post as well... my urine is never dark yellow (even when i wake up in the morning). i think i'm just drinking too much for that to happen. 72 oz of lemon water throughout the day plus fruit juice and coconut water. that's a lot of fluid! maybe i'm just too diluted??? are you drinking a lot of something else lightofmylife??

I am just about DONE with l-arg. I don't think any woman should take it at this point. No one on this site had any luck with it at all and it messed up everyone's cycles. Diet and exercise are better ways to raise your T anyway.

That is a good point about urine being diluted. Makes a lot of sense really.

OMG , its just me ............... all is happening with me from the month i tried L-arg .... but just like u next month all was well by leaving it but since dat no +opk ( slways see line but not as dark as shud b) and my prob is i get EWCM at cd 9,10,11, having lots of O cramps these days,but no +opk, i always O on cd 13or 14....but i dont know wats happening now with my body, u r drinking lemon water but i dont....................... do u get EWCM a day b4 temp rise ???

If you're having normal length cycles and AF then you are ovulating. I know it's hard not to worry but just try to go off your EWCM patterns if you can't temp.

yupp i ve 29 days cycle always get AF on exact date or 1 day early or late ........ so can i O so early as cd 9 ?? the most dark line is on cd 10 , not again .

No, with a 29 day cycle there is no chance you're Oing on CD 9. The first part of your cycle (from AF-O) can be all sorts of different lengths, very long or very short, but the second part of your cycle (from O-AF) in a normal cycle is about 14 days and it doesn't really go much longer than that. (it does go shorter but that is a different issue entirely).

So for a person who has a regular 29 day (give or take a day, that is normal) cycle, the odds are that they are Oing on days 13, 14, or 15. (different days every month depending on normal fluctuations.)

You're getting a pos OPK on CD 10 and remember, most people O anywhere from 1-2 days after the positive OPK. That would put you ovulating on CD 11 or 12 which would be a little different than you might expect with a 29 day cycle (because 11 days and then 14 days after that would only be a 25 day cycle). But OPKs are not an exact science and it is possible to get a pos OPK and not be quite ready to ovulate yet. I would put a lot more faith into my cycle than I would a pos OPK - with a 29 day cycle, the odds are good you're Oing on day 13, 14, or 15 most of the time.

hmmm .. that makes sense , off course if i wud O on cd 9 or 10 it wudnt be 14 days till i get af............... i used to O on cd 14 and cd 15 but this L-arg messed up everything
