There's a lot going on and quite a small image!! I'm not seeing anything risen or stacked so a slight girl lean.

nub is buried on this one. See those 3 long streaks running from the stomach to the legs? That's the cord blurred from movement and blocking the nub. Baby is enjoying a placenta pillow
The 4th line down MIGHT be the nub but with so much blur its hard to tell. It LOOKS girly but not reliable.
