True blue, I took ibuprofen for O pain before I realized that I'm not supposed to take it at O. I'm actually wondering if that's why I had O pain for 2 days this cycle instead of one. Maybe I delayed O by a day and I'm actually 9dpo today instead of 10?

I know how you feel, if it turns out that I'm not pregnant my last cycle was only 15 days!!! I had my first pos opk cd6!!! Have had one today which is only cd5. It just seems my cycles are getting shorter and shorter. I hope clomid works better for you this month

Urgh, Mandy, UK GPs are so frustrating, aren't they?! One of my daughter's has a potentially very serious birthmark and they were totally useless with us, we had to badger them for ages to get a referral. Don't worry about what they think, just do what is best for you and keep persisting until you get some answers! I know this can be easier said than done :-)

Hitme, sorry to hear you are out this month - I am still lurking on this forum and hoping I can officially rejoin the 2ww before the end of June, if not I will see you in the July 2ww forum! My luteal phase length is making me nervous too this cycle, I started spotting very lightly on 9dpo, then very light bleed before AF arrived properly 12dpo....

Looking forward to hearing more news from you ladies who are waiting to test!

Yeah they really are, sometimes it feels like trying to get blood out of a stone when it comes to getting proper answers out of them, I mean my cycles are not normal so how that doc can say it's not a concern is beyond me, it's like they are reluctant to do anything that costs money unless it's absolutely essential. I hope everything is OK with your daughter, when it comes to children you shouldn't have to pressure them should you, should be better safe than sorry in my opinion.

Fertiliy friend has now told me I O on day 16 but im sure it was on day 15 pm because the second line of the test faded. (Which mean negative?)
Not sure if i should trust this chart?

Tiff, I think your chart is correct. My opks always turn negative the day before or the day of O.
Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.
DS1: Aug 2003 (my first home birthed water baby!)
DS2: May 2009 (my second home birthed water baby!)

July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

Tiff, CD16 is correct. When your OPK turns negative does NOT tell you when you Oed; the length of the surge is generally not related to how long it tskes your body to respond to the surge I.e. O. Plus, temps are way more accurate than OPKs at determining O.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period
