Awww, big hugs to you Pbn! I agree with True, this ttc stuff is super stressful & on top of that our personal lives!! I'm glad you & your dh are back to talking!! I understand about smoking... I quit 5 months ago & sometimes I wonder how I handle my stress without those things!!

Lol ash i know its hard ... i mean v hard ... i did one test on 6dpo haha couldnt help myself .... i know it was way to early and bfn i knew it would b so now i would test on 9 dpo ....
My diet is same but not much of exercising just walking kids to school and coming back ...
but yes little one always want to be in my arms so i think i do get weight training here and there

Aww Pbn3 I'm so sorry to hear that, I have a lot of low days, albeit for different reasons, but I don't have a family and all the added stress/responsibility that brings. A single cigarette is not the end of the world, and if you were ever addicted, you are a very strong woman to have given them up pretty much completely! Cigs are actually THE most addictive drug. So really you should be proud of yourself.
That temp rise doesn't look that small to me, definitely looks like you probably Oed, so yay for that.

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period
