Hi girls!
Most days I'm quite good with the diet, the last few days not so, so I'm thinking if I start posting some meal ideas I'could possibly be stricter?
I have a shaker that I make up my own salad sauce (lowfat) so when i cook food for the kids that doesnt fit the diet i make myself a plate of salad (eisberg lettuce, a few cherry tomatos, peeled cucumber, low fat mozzarella/feta cheese) leftover rice or pasta in the salad is also very yummi!
zucchini/eggplant/peppers/aspargus add some potatoes and sprinke some feta and cook in the oven is also a nice sidedish with guests or at a bbq
I have more ideas if wanted i can add..but also would love to hear what you make for yourself while also cooking for the family that isnt to time consuming

I'm terrible for eating veggies. I can't pitch in there lol
I've been cheating more too. I had cookies last night and a handful of chips - and its Father's Day so we're doing a breakfast and picnic lunch

Dinner ended up being pasta with homemade pesto and a tomato sauce so not so bad! Did not eat much during the day ( just too busy) had a coffee in the morning, then a spin class, another coffee then a lunch of low fat scone and 2x corn thins with cottage cheese, a few chips and wines before dinner, then the pasta. Oh.. and a sneaky piece of chocolate!

Dam, forgot to mention garlic bread! Drinking wine on an empty stomach makes me soooooooooo hungry, had to have something to tide me over until dinner!

Lol dang garlic bread!
Well I think you did great. I'm sad that I haven't been up to cardio.... I really hope it doesn't effect my sway. I know it isn't one thing but I know how great the results have been with it.
My diet today is blown again. I probBly only write in here as a confessional lately lol so it might seem like I'm cheating a lot but it's really only 1x/wk, with the odd higher fat item mixed in.
I had a "boy breakfast" I don't usually have breakfast (almost never since swaying), I had egg and low fat cheese on English muffin and a full fat strawberry rhubarb scones.
Lunch will be a big offender too. Lower fat potato salad, and more scones lol (were picnicking this aft). I haven't been logging since AF came, but she's gone now and I need to check back in to swaying mode.
I need to start walking if I can't run, and I need to get more fibre capsules bc im out.

I've been eating mostly the same everyday for 3 weeks now. I skip breakfast, 3 toasts with butter/margarine and sometimes cucumber and cherry tomatoes or a pear/apple for lunch, pasta/white rice with cooked vegetables (mushrooms, red pepper and zucchini) and some butter/cream cheese. In the evening I have been eating sweets to add cals. I will start officially LE diet in next month so I think I have to do little changes. I want to add alcohol to my sway so can't have that much sweets to be in limits. Was thinking maybe one glass of white wine. So I've been eating pretty much the same daily, so far I haven't got bored but maybe have to have some other options if I want to eat something different.

Can anyone recommend a good website for protein/fat/calories etc of common foods? How does everyone work it out when you eat out?
