Not a great day but I'm considering it a cheat day, that being said it wasn't even all that bad for a cheat.
I do so much better mon-thurs, it's a no brainer. Starting walking again tomorrow too. Or videos of its raining. If ovulation is super painful again I'll have to skip out but at least im doing something

You guys are doing great!! Had a great day too, no breakfast, besides coffee, broccoli soup for lunch and then small serving of roast chicken and a potato or 2 as I am at my mums for dinner again. We had a family birthday so did have a small piece of cream cake!
Bobster I asked atomic in my private threadI think it is just a little off this month with all the swaying, so much lighter and so much less painful then usual which is a nice change!
Down to Bmi of 19 and feeling my clothes are loser so the diet is def working! Bobster I only use my fitness pal for tracking my food and exercise!2014

Oh and hitmebaby I am struggling with the cardio too
I just don't have the time in the day, I try to get walking in too and from work and the odd spin class on my days off but I would much rather spend the time with my son! We go for walks together if it's clear, but winter here so often cold and rainy! When I'm closer to ttc I might try more, does anyone know if short term is still ok?

Bright it sounds like you are doing great with your diet and exercise. You have to have a little cake at times or life would not be worth living!
I've started using my fitness pal again from yesterday so it's easier to keep track of things now. So today-
Breakfast 8am- coffee and a pan au chocolate and small full fat Greek yogurt( as had a long fast from 1pm - 8am and needed calories/fat for work)
Lunch 3pm- salad with lettuce, pepper, onion and olives, 3 rashes of bacon and half a bag of brown rice. Greek yogurt.
Dinner 7pm- 3 minute ready noodles.
1 hour cardio
My bmi is now 20.7 from 24.5 pre le diet! Also feel clothes are much looser.
Bright does it worry you that you may loose too much weight? My lowest adult weight was 8 stone 10 when I was 22 and its now 9 stone 2 and I'm 29 now! Not been this slim for a long time!

I think exercise is ok short term as I think it's to do with lowering your blood glucose but may be wrong. Is it something to do with female embryos like less glucose which is why you need to carry on in the 2ww?? I'm stepping up to it now as nearing ovulation. My motivation drops during the 2ww though. I got an exercise bike which helps as I can do it after ds's gone to bed. If u find the answer to your question please let me know
did you say you were planning to ttc in July? The weather here in uk is pretty grim too, despite being summer!

I have lost 6lbs in 3 weeks! And for 2 of the weeks I let it slip completely and didn't really try to avoid things so it went up a bit, so I think I've lost most of it in 1.5 weeks. Feel proud of myself for doing the exercise more consistently the last few days. Just hope I get bfp this month so I can go back to eating what I want and being a lazy bum haha

Hi ladies! I'm starting a full force diet now of the LE Diet!
I was 156 in February and I'm now 124!! My goal weight is 120 but now I would like to get down to 115 with the LE diet. I'm pretty skinny already just need more toning. I'm 5"6.
Atomic told me stop lifting 6 weeks before ttc.
I think I'm gonna start ttc in October so I'm just gonna start the diet now.
I usually won't eat after 7:30pm then I won't eat until maybe 12pm, I just have to have my morning coffee.
I would just cook for my family and I don't eat much meat. If I do it's only for dinner.
Like today I had baked chicken with mushrooms and rice.
I can not go veggie, but I can limit my meat intake. And some days do veggie.DS *11/07*
