Well done, z!! What's the grand total now? I had mum's homemade quiche today, anyone any idea on the nutritional content? I think it's probably boy friendly!

It's probably fine, swish. Remember that the IG diet has people eating eggs all the time - I was still eating them for my first month or so on the diet. The crust was probably high in fat and salt, but there wouldn't have been much protein because an entire quiche usually has only 3-4 eggs in it, and I doubt you ate the whole thing!

Aww...I know my Mom's really worried about me too. The worst part is she knows about the diet, so she knows I'm losing weight on purpose. I think she thinks I'm crazy, but she's sweet enough not to tell me that! She did tell me she thinks I'm not healthy enough to get pregnant right now. She doesn't believe in swaying, and keeps telling me she didn't do anything differently to have me after 3 boys. I know she wishes I'd drop the diet and start eating normally again - I keep having to reassure her that I'm eating healthy food, though deep inside I know that's not true (not enough calcium, iron or pretty much anything else).

I'm making black bean burritos for supper tonight, and I have the filling cooking right now...the house smells so yummy it's driving me crazy! It's only 3pm here, and I won't be eating supper for at least 2 hours!

Thank you! I think my bodyshape is different too. I seem to have a really boney neck and shoulders but my boobs haven't shrunk too much and I'm very wobbly all over still - I'm not at all toned! I'm hoping different and wobbly is good!

You're lucky your boobs haven't shrunk! Mine have gone from a C cup to an A cup from a combination of the diet and weaning ds3. I keep having to buy new bras!
