Today was a bit better, coffee and boiled egg wrapped in mountain bread for breakfast (had to have it today!). Cucumber and cheese wrap for lunch, was still hungry so had a second wrap with cheese and lettuce. Dinner was eggplant and mushroom homemade lasagne. Finishing it all out with a peppermint tea!

MrsSparkles, I'm not sure how important calcium is to sway, I do worry about this too as I was consuming hardly any when I had my son. I think if overall nutrients are lowered u r doing well

MrsSparkles I think coconut water is meant to be a good source of potassium too. I was run off my feet today to work so only had time for a half my lasagne.. I got home late and had a small cheeseburger meal for dinner as we couldn't face cooking, still way under for the day so not feeling too bad about it!

Is anyone tracking sodium? I had a LE practice month this month and didn't track sodium. Now as I started strict diet today I started to worry about it. Already asked Atomic about it and she said many don't bother to limit it as it makes diet harder. I'm probably not going to limit sodium that much but still intrested what everyone else is doing.

I didn't limit sodium. It made the diet seem impossible to me and stressed me out.

I'm not worrying about sodium either. There is already too much to try to limit with this diet.
I failed horribly at the diet this weekend. I went to my niece's birthday party on Saturday and had pizza, way too many doritos, and birthday cake. Also had pizza for dinner last night and leftovers for lunch today. At least I took off the pepperoni and I have still been avoiding breakfast and snacks.Proud mama to 3 beautiful and perfect boys!
