Hi ladies! Just popping in. I'm beginning to think I swayed way too hard this cycle. Zyrtec/Benadryl, a tube of Acijel and immediate j&d. I'm 11dpo and testing negative, although I know I'm not out until AF shows, but I'm still feeling akytle discouraged. Blah!

AF arrived for me! Not used to not getting pregnant first month. Guessing I drowned all the babies with rephresh and sylk!oopsie
Not sure what I need to change this month... Getting a plan together. I have really slacked this 2ww thinking we had done it! Oh well, onto July!

are you going to consider dropping the refresh and sylk? from what I've read there's not much evidence to support it as a strong sway tactic? Some people like to try it then drop it if not conceiving. I know I've seen heaps of sways that did use it in saying that.
