    NO ONE should ever be eating 1000 calories a day. That is not LE Diet, that is a starvation diet.

    Most people I want at 1500-1800 cals and a very few should be at 1200-1500 cals a day. (like 3% of people)

    I think you need to up cals right away to at least 1200-1500 and add in one serv. full fat dairy a day, 4-6 eggs a week, and 1 serv. salmon or red meat in addition to what you are already eting.

    If you're eating too little then your metabolism slows down and you stop losing weight.

    Yes, your body can start to O and then panic and decide not to when you're eating too little.

    Do not take vitex.
