So, I heard back. Not a lot of help thoughShe (the nurse) said she isn't too concerned and to keep trying this month and call if no BFP and AF shows and I start the clomid dose days to see if my OB still wants to do a follicle study next cycle. She said if I haven't O'd and no AF after CD 35 to call. So, still playing the guessing game

July 2WW
Two: I'm so sorry...that is so frustrating. I agree with tfahn; waiting to O is the worst. It's such a guessing game, at least in the 2ww what's done is done. I feel your pain on the waiting as well. [emoji30] So frustrating!
FX for your momamia!!
I've gotten this weird tingling going on in R ovary (which I'm pretty sure I O'd from). I'm sure it's just from Clomid as that shiz makes you have crazy symptoms. But mayyyybeeee! [emoji12]

Ladies taking clomid- Did any of you have AF cramps before O?? I am cramping exactly like I do when AF is eminent, and cramping hard, but I haven't even O'd yet. For a second I thought maybe it might mean O is finally coming but it feels nothing like O pains and exactly like AF cramps and it going all the way through to my lower back just like with AF (kidney pain is a given just before AF). On top of that, my signs are now trending toward infertile with my CM being creamy (for now at least for some reason it has been creamy early on and EW later in the day lately) and my CP is medium height, medium firmness and only partially open. Does this sound familiar to ANY of you???? I am so confused...

I had told myself I wouldn't read into symptoms but I can't help it.
I'm only 7dpo today and since yesterday morning I'm having super painful AF like cramps.
This cycle I did femara and trigger shot.
Should I assume it's AF cramps? It just seems a bit early. I Usually get some AF cramping but don't remember it being this early.
Im currently waiting to do an HSG and Progesterone testing at cd21. Don't think I can rely on the HSG results since I took HSG trigger 8 days ago.
Good luck to everyone testing soon [emoji3]

HealthyGirl, it could be implantation cramps
or a side effect from your femara. Your doctor is probably doing the HCG testing to see if the trigger is out of your system yet. At least that's what I'd assume. What cd are you now?

Momamia I'm on cd21 ( 7 dpo)
So shouldn't a blood test show positive hcg for someone that hasn't done trigger at this point of the cycle?

Not necessarily. Hcg only shows up in your system after implantation which typically doesn't happen until 5-10dpo. If implantation hasn't happened yet, you wouldn't have hcg in your blood. That's what makes me think your doctor is maybe trying to establish a baseline for you because of the trigger.
