Currently taking: prenatals, fish oil, flaxseed oil, coq10, vitamin d.
Trying to get DH to take multi vitamins, alfalfa, and coq10. He's having caffeine an hour before attempt and wearing boxers.
We are using preseed. We use nfp so I'm pretty good at charting. I had mucus build up and then dry up but am 90% due I haven't o'd yet since my cbe monitor is still low and opks have not been dark enough to be positive. So we are still at 2-4 days.
Also, is vitex ok? Using to regulate my cycles.
Also, I am eating a paleo diet. So lots of meat, eggs, fruit, veggies, nuts. This would've necessarily sway pink, right?

I was told to stay away from a pure paleo diet and too low of carbs sways girl. I've recently added hummus, feta cheese, and full fat milk once a day. I'm also going to add beans/lentils and increase my vegetables and fruits which can be good carbs.
I'm sure other women here can give you more information. Good luck!!

Could I just eat a lot of veggies and fruit? I'm eating fruit with every meal so I'm not doing low carb. I'm forty pounds overweight so I don't want gain.

I think staying the same weight is okay but losing will sway girl. I'm trying to just maintain. I'm working out four times a week for 40 minutes, mostly weights and intervals that are some cardio and weightbearing. It gets my heart pumping but I'm also eating a high calorie/fat (2400 calories which is a ton for me) diet of whole foods. Very little processed food at all. For carbs I'm doing full fat milk, feta cheese, hummus, trying to add beans, and the starchy fruits and vegetables.
My ultimate goal is to get strong and replace some fat with muscle. I'm not the expert so I can only share what I've gathered and maybe someone else can give more advice.

No alfalfa. Please, please no alfalfa. It may raise his estrogen levels and lower his testosterone, swaying pink.
No vitex for blue sways.
Flaxseed oil from AF-O only, right?? And lower dose than fish oil???
Paleo can be quite blue friendly but be sure you're getting some carbs from somewhere -fruit and veg!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Is there are harm in taking Unisom (doxylamine) or melatonin? I have mild insomnia.

If it is on here, it's really old info. I have spent the past 4 years researching so if something is dated from 2011 it may be outdated. I know the other site recommends it still so not sure.
Melatonin no good when TTC.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
