    Trigger shot question

I believe I am going to O either today or tomorrow. I have a fade in line on opk (not positive yet), big temp dip this am, etc. i am due for a follicle scan in 3 hours to get the trigger shot.

Does anyone know if this will be a good idea now that my body is already gearing up on its own? Or is it better to hold off on the shot this month?

My understanding is that you can still have the trigger and all it does is make it a sure thing.

    What ended up happening?

I went in and my follicles were not quite ready. They wanted me to come back in 2-3 days later. I opted not to since I had my own surge wednesday and decided to let my body do its own thing.

    How big were your follicles?

1.72, 1.63, 1.47 and 1.01. I ovulated 2 days after these measurements so I am not sure how many reached the mature level.

Good luck and thanks for sharing your experience, I learn new things every time you guys tell me about how it all went down. Since I never went that route myself I am sort of a thirdhand source of info and it really helps me a lot to help others in the future.
