Wow. I find it so intriguing to see what everyone else is taking. Mine is very simple, not too much to add...

    Prenatal
800 mcg folic acid (also 800 mcg in prenatal so that's 1600 total for the day)
    99 mg potassium 1x day
1000 mg fish oil 1x day

Then I'm doing a fairly strict diet (low calcium, high potassium, high sodium, high protein) plus LOTS of lemon water.

    Prenatal
    Fish Oil
    Folic Acid 1600mg
    Vit D 1,000iu
B6-from O to AF for my short lp

    DH
    Men's multi
    Fish oil
Zinc- half tab as he has some in his multi

We've got some l-arg sitting here that I'll probably give him too.

Personally, I would go with 20 or less.

Oh thank GOODNESS I have been looking for this study for MONTHS!!! I read it on a day when I had no printer ink and then couldn't ever find it again LOL.

Too much zinc can actually LOWER sperm motility and would prob. sway pink.

As can too much selenium so be careful with that one too.

Oy, my DH takes a multi-men's and then also a 30mg zinc....I hope that is not too much!

I took a bunch of supps:

Antioxidant Mix vitamin (has a bunch of stuff in it)
    Co-Q10 (100mg)
Vit D (recommended daily, I think it's 300mg or so)
    Royal Jelly capsule
    Bee Pollen capsule
    DHEA (75mg)
    Vit E (400iui)
    Fish Oil (1000mg)
    Flaxseed Oil (1000mg)
    EPO (1200mg)
    Folic 800mg +B12 capsule
Prenatal Vitamin with DHA in it
    Zinc (30mg)
    Spirulina

DH takes the same, minus the DHEA and EPO, and he also does L-Arg/L-Cart supplement. Actually, I didn't take the DHEA after my bfn last month, so I didn't take it this past AF-O. But I did take it for 3 months straight after my May m/c.

    So what is Maca, exactly?

And what is the deal with flaxseed oil, anyway? I thought I read that you couldn't mix it with something(did we ever fihure that out?) and I read somewhere else that flax seeds/meal sway girl. Am I all mixed up?

Let's just say I am not being super duper careful...we aren't actively trying and I'm not ovulating regularly because I'm BFing still. We're still using BC but it's not a super reliable BC, plus there have been several times when we were away and I forgot my BC and we chanced it and then a few times we chanced it just for fun. DH seems a little more receptive to it than he was and has been talking about boy names (!)
