Okay ladies, Atomic has already assured me that I should not change my life completely for this sway so I will continue to nurse my one year old, although I am leaning towards weaning slowly through August since I go back to work when school starts.

Anyways, it's causing me stress to know it sways slightly pink so I am looking to find out the gender conceived when other women were breastfeeding? Maybe some other information on your lifestyle at the time...diet, exercise...

Well I'm having a boy and my DS2 stopped nursing the cycle before I conceived. I would nurse him occasionally 1-2 times the month I conceived this little guy.

I think your diet higher in protein and carbs along with moderate exercise that includes weight training/power yoga would trump the effects of nursing.

I was actively nursing DS 1 when I got pregnant with DS 2. I was eating high calorie, working part time, and doing next to no exercise. They are 16 months apart. DS 1 was eating no solids when I conceived.

I got one boy while breastfeeding and one girl while breastfeeding.

I was taking tons of supps when I got pg with DS 4 and I was actually nursing TWO kids (tandem) when I got DD.

I really think you are good to TTC with a nice blue sway.

Last two boys nursing. Tried to sway last time but only did diet a month or so. Also kept in higher part of cals, fat, protein and could've gone longer between eating. Besides that I am a boy mom high fat protein eat all day. Hope I swayed diff. This time

Ds 4 while nursing ds 3. I truly believe diet and maternal condition is your best chance.

I have 2 BFing boys. I didn't exercise with either, or take prenatals except for folic acid. I was trying to eat more and gain weight both times though . All the best with your blue sway

BF DD1 on demand (about 6x a days) at 13mths and got pg with DD2.
Still BFing on demand DD2 at 10.5mths and am looking to start ttc in the coming mths. Won't wean DD2 to sway blue bcos it's more important for us that i BF until we're ready to wean.

interesting question though and am following.
