I believe you can ovulate twice in one cycle but that it normally happens close together not ten days apart, I doubt if you are pregnant that conception happened at CD 28 but could be wrong. Condoms are only like 98/99% effective but to me I think it's likely something has postponed your AF that is not pregnancy related. If you're technically late you should see a positive on a stick! xx

I mean technically I am only 3 days late according to my regular 28day cycle.. But I have been taking supplements that my body has never taken before.. Maybe some of those are cause delayed AF.. /: fingers crossed. Can I test this early? Would it be accurate?

Does anybody else get very tempted to complicate their sway?
Was being nosy reading some successful girl sways for inspiration, when I realised that so many sways had a lot more supplements than I am using! Especially sways from years ago, e.g. saw palmetto, vitex, cinnamon, antihistamine, rephresh
I understand that most of these have been dropped as they have not totally proved to make a huge difference and there is no magic pill that will convince my husbands girliest sperm to fertilize my little blue bearded boy egg lol!
it just feels like my simple diet, exercise, one attempt sway seems rather basic in comparison! Eek!

Nann, have you tested? I really think it could be the supplements you have been using. But if you are pregnant that's meant to be!

jenny, yes me! First I wanted to take all possible supplements but now I'm relaxed a little bit. Right now I'm using folic acid and fiber. I will add Rephresh (maybe will drop that if I don't get pregnant first try) before attempt and probably Saw Palmetto. I started to take Vitex last month but it made me feel really strange so had to drop that. I have also read succesful sways and always look what supplements they used. Do you have a custom plan? I think you have to be careful what supplements to use unless Atomic said it's fine to use. But I'm really trying to be relaxed though it's hard sometimes lol. I think LE, exercise and one attempt are the strongest sway factors so you are doing great!

I'm sure I can't be pregnant... I haven't tested yet cuz I couldn't find the one I have at home... Ugh the suspense is killing me. I REALLY do think the supplements I'm taking are screwing with my cycle lol. But I suppose anything can happen

Anyone planning a Sept/Oct/Nov 2015 sway? Chat here!
Please, PLEASE don't take Saw Palmetto or any supplement that can affect your cycle or ovulation without the recommendation from your doctor or Atomic first!! I shared my experience doing just what you are doing- looking over successful girl sways and taking something you don't need because it MAY help! These supplements can wreck havoc on your cycle and fertility!
Here is a thread where I shared my experience with what happened to me. Please read- it is not a long thread. DON'T do what you are thinking of doing PLEASE!!!! It took me 8 months and 9 cycles to get my BFP. I believe I would be giving my DH his long awaited DD had I not ruined my cycle and fertility from the supplement I was taking, and I needed to add other things to improve my fertility just to get pregnant and counteract that supplement. Don't let this happen to you!

Thanks for your replies!
Yes, I have read a lot about issues that supplements have caused and will definitely stick to the diet, exercise, one attempt and folic acid.
I have read more recent successful sways and they all seem less complicated and less pill popping. The sways from 2011/2012 all seem so different to the current ones. Also, great to see the updates added to atomic essays she has made last week.
