Ok so this might sound silly but I am planning to start vaginal BBT from this months cycle and it is recommended to record temp with out " much moving about ". The question is: if I get up to put a sterile probe onto the BBT ( taking probe out of its sealed packing and putting it on the BBT) would that be considered too much moving about and likely affect my temps ? If so how should I go about it

Don't get up. I always put my probe cover on the night before, laid it on the night stand, then in the morning when my alarm went off, DH would hand it to me and I'd do the temp.

don't get up - stay in bed. Do ahead of time or keep beside bed. Weird, I know, but it seems to make a difference.
