    Ttc so long, please help

Hi everyone. I have three lovely boys and trying one last time to get my girl. My boys were all conceived first attempt but now I'm struggling with ttc so long, I'm almost ready to give up. I started LE diet a year ago,in July. In November DH finally agreed to ttc and I got pregnant immediately, like always, but ended up having a mc shortly afterwards, at 6 weeks. Since then (7 months) we've been ttc with no luck. I would be real glad if you let me know your thoughts regarding my sway:
LE diet, vegetarian, very little eggs and dairy
I do not skip breakfast but make sure I go at least 12 hours without food from evening to morning. I eat 3 meals a day.
My bmi is currently 19 (was 18.5 after few months on LE but I gaind a bit in the last couple of months after I stopped breast feeding).
initially we dtd every 4 days but after a few months switched to every 3 days
I'm 41, DH is almost 50. He has been a vegetarian all his life.
I've had some blood work done recently:
    cd3 estradiol 99.3
    Progesterone 0.79
    LH 4.3
    FSH 8.17
    Prolactin 4.33

    Cd21 progesterone 53.3

I have hypothyroidism for many years, medically treated and well balanced.
my cycles are regular, usually around 28 days long. I don't temp nor use opks , but I track ovulation via cp and cm changes.

Should I be doing things differently? What do you think about my hormonal profile? My obgyn is willing to have me try Clomid, but I'm not sure about it due to my age, should I give it a go?

Please help me decide how to continue this journey. Thanks xxx

Grace- I don't have any answers for you but I just want to send you so many hugs! We've had such a similar journey this time around and I know just how you feel. The BFNs get harder to deal with each month. I hope you get pregnant soon and that some of the other members here will have some good ideas for you. My Dr. told me to keep trying until November and then we would consider something like clomid. My H is super against twins so I am hoping it works beforehand- my OBGYN thought it would and that I had just been unlucky.

I'm no longer really swaying as we so want another baby but I think right now it sounds like you are doing everything right to get a girl and get pregnant!
Enjoying life with my crazy little DS1 2010: and DS2 2012:

Hugs, sweetie! I know the struggle all too well and it SUCKS! I admire your courage to not give up, and I think you are doing a wonderful compromise by keeping what really works. That being said, IMO I would try adding in two eggs twice a week. I tried with full fat dairy first, but couldn't keep it up. For some reason the two servings of two eggs seemed to lengthen my cycles and make them more regular BEFORE I started acupuncture (that seemed to move O forward). If you strongly desire a DD, I may go back to BDing every four days. If you are at the point you want to get pregnant and truly don't mind another DS, then stick with BDing every three days.

My heart goes out to you and all of those that are struggling to get pregnant. I do believe it WILL happen for you. Hugs!!

We sure do, Grace! We are having our third, sweet boy! DH admitted over the weekend that he wants to try for baby #4 when this little guy is 6mo and not using protection when he is 4mo [emoji16]! I think I have a better chance now that I've swayed before. I feel the high dose of myoinositol messed up my fertility so much that I needed to add things just to even get pregnant! This time around that won't be the case, but I've not TTCed before nursing such a little one either. Who knows though!

Hugs, sweetie! Im dumping loads of baby dust for you!! [emoji597][emoji92][emoji93][emoji94]!

Has DH had a sperm analysis or is this something he can have done?

I want you to add in 1 serv. full fat dairy every day and 4-6 eggs a week. I would also add in one more attempt at pos OPK.

I am wary of the Clomid. Most docs will give it to ladies over 40 but it can raise FSH through the roof and may not help you get pregnant at all. If you want to give it a try, see if you can get Femara instead, it may be a bit better and still sways pink.

My obgyn also suggested sperm analysis but DH would rather give up ttc than go through it...
How much fat is full fat dairy?

About 8 g per serving, not anything terrible. There is something "magic" in the fat that is in dairy that can help with fertility.
