Thanks ! I agree I can't really see if it I keep having fails what the issue is if I don't drop the rephresh. I totally think we did too many things - it's no wonder . But I'm debating do I do every 4 days or just wait for the pos opk.... Which should put me closer to anyway than I was month prior...
In june I found out I have a thyroid issue and while my function is fine at this point I have elevated antibodies - at he end of the day the goal is to have a healthy baby and pregnancy so a lot of the things we would add diet wise or take away supplement wise can actually have an adverse effect on my thyroid ( trying to be gluten and fairly dairy free) we were trying to use the things we could control to sway without affecting thyroid.
How do I bump for atomic? Would love her to weigh in ?!

Thanks! You know when you just need reassurance from someone .
I just bought the regular opk and am ditching those blinking smileys ... I'll still use wondfo to sorta watch a fade in . The blinking do nothing but make me crazy anyway when it's a didn't amount of days each month !

EITHER BD every 4 days or DTD at pos OPK. Not both, not only on your second month!!!
If you got a solid smiley 2 days after O, you did not ovulate when you think you did.
Yes, you def. did too much. I would drop the frequency, it hasn't worked. The only reason why CFR seemed like it was doing anything was because one attempt is swaying so much. Never ever ever ever add attempts and keep frequency. We had a whole crop of ladies who did that and almost all got boys.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you thank you .!!! Definetly going to do one attempt at pos opk. I think I was confusing in my initial post I didn't o two days after but had an attempt on what should of been the night before my surge and I wound up with another day of blinking smileys .../so 2 days before the solid which also probably put me almost 4 days from o.... My thyroid dr wants me on d3 bc of a deficiency just 1000 a day but both her and obgyn suggested a prenatal with 150mg of iodine in it ... Originally I was just going to take folic acid (800) and the d until bfp - but I want to do what is healthiest ... The pregnant makes me a tad nervous being that I am swaying girl and I honestly have only been taking for 2 weeks so it's an easy stop. I'm thinking the d deficiency would sway pink as well - I have early hashimotos but Norma thyroid function at this point . I am avoiding no foods (since beginning of june) and limiting red meat but being that I am fairly gluten / wheat free I mostly rely on light protein fruits and veggies . But, I did eliminate aspartame and limiting caffeine by my Drs reco to improve thyroid function. because I am also taking a probiotic which has been great for my stomach so far ( been taking that since beginning of june ) I was all set with my "plan" and the thyroid issue came up at a routine physical - threw a curve ball but glad I figured it out as I know it could be detrimental to a pregnancy. I just need to have bloodwork as soon as a bfp.
