Does anyone know if it's okay for my weight to fluctuate about 5 pounds throughout the week? I've always noticed I go up and down (I weigh myself first thing, naked 😄but now I'm concerned since I know it's better to stay the same or gain slightly. It usually happens on Monday when I weigh myself after a weekend birthday party or going out to eat. I guess I just tend to eat more junk food on the weekends. I'm sure some of it is water retention as well. I also tend to take a rest day and then a light walk the next day during the weekends so I can spend more time with my family. During the week I'm pretty regimented and eat pretty healthy and focus on weights and some cardio. By Friday I'm back to my normal weight. Anyways, is this an issue and any ideas how to fix it? Please don't say give up my weekend birthday cake and pizza!
