So, I've been spending too much time with Mr. Google today and have completely freaked myself out that my progesterone level is not high enough to support a pregnancy. Does anyone know anything about progesterone and if so, can you please reassure me that my level of 16 (I don't know the units as she didn't tell me) at 8dpo is fine? The nurse made me feel okay about it because she said it was fine and then asked me when my RE told me to come in for a blood pregnancy test. Ugh. Freaking out sucks!!! Why does time have to pass so slowly?!

Momamia I can't answer your question but just keep testing over next few days if you have tests! 8dpo is really early, you may have just implanted and therefore have lower number? I'm sure doc's would have a minimum/maximum scale as such and if the nurse said its ok I'd take that as a good sign!

    Anyway - congratulations!!!!!!!!!!

Daisy congratulations to you to!!!!!!! So happy for both!

Thanks Pbn3! Any reassurance helps. I am planning to continue to test. Although the thought of it makes me really nervous!

10-29ng/mL is the average at 4-5 weeks gestation. Most doctors are fine with 8-12ng/mL. Yours is great at 8dpo!!! Don't worry!!
