No ice cream during luteal phase?

I just read this is bad. Old wives tale or true? I really want ice cream in the 2ww.

A treat once in a while isn't going to reverse all of your hard work. Just make sure you're within your daily amounts for calories, etc. x

Thanks!! I was just reading an article that warm foods should be consumed in the 2ww to keep the temperature warm. I couldn't find any evidence to back it up though.

I have two boys and have most definitely eaten my fair share of ice cream! lol Like the other ladies said, if it's within your limits, have some!

This is one of those things I hear and I'm like what the actual eff.

I suspect it's the Chinese medicine yin and yang idea. But I can 1 billion trillion kajillion times tell you I got my boys having all kinds of cold foods when I was TTC. My first son I worked at a place that had milkshakes and I had a great big one (at least one LOL) every day.
