So I am 5dpo and starting to freak out. I am not going to test until af is late because the negative test is too heartbreaking for me. I also can tell if af is about to start. What is everyone doing to make the time pass?!?! This is our first month ttc and I forgot how horrific the 2ww is. I actually googled 5dpo symptoms before I talked some sense into myself. I feel like our attempts were good but I know that even if timing is good the chance is less than 25%. Plus I've never gotten pregnant during the first month trying.

FX, Quinn!!! I usually try to distract myself by taking my kids places. That's the only way I've found to keep myself from obsessively googling everything. Lol!!

When I have time to sit around and obsess I try to keep my mind busy other ways like marathon netflix, taking the kids to the park, painting, yard work, etc.

If you like to read, Quinn, I really liked the book "The Girl on the Train." Psychological thriller and I felt like I was reading that and obsessing over what was going on and I didn't have time to really think about anything else lol.

I think I O'd! Cramping has FINALLY stopped (Thank goodness) and CP is moving back towards infertile position. Still EW CM but with a lot more creamy CM mixed in than yesterday. Won't know for sure unless I get a shift tomorrow morning but I think I have. I hope so at least. I was looking online for a short bit last night and found a few things that said if a follicle gets too big before ovulating it becomes a cyst (non-functional/non-ovulating cyst... the bad kind). Given it was 31.55 on Monday and it can grow up to 2.2mm per day, the sooner it pops the better.

I still wonder if the one they said probably wouldn't O ended up Oing, though (twins?? ) Eager to get the 2WW started... I have O'd on CD 15 once in the last 8 years of charting and it resulted in my angel DD pregnancy. Here is hoping it works for me again and I get another pink BFP.... just with a better outcome this time!
