Well, danger averted - I found an extra stash of digis in my medicine cabinet, so I decided to use one today. It was negative.

That's interesting about our cycles, Indira - I wonder if it has something to do with our reaction to the phases of the moon? I'm just disappointed I have so much EWCM this month - last month I hardly had any and thought it was a good sign that the diet was changing my chemistry.

Z - I normally get EWCM and have a soft, open cervix for a few days before I O, so I'm not completely surprised by the -, but thanks for the info about how SP might change my cycle - I think I'll test 3 times a day with an IC and once a day with a digi from here on out to make sure I don't miss an early O.

I found my cycles alternating between early O and late O (the last 3 were cd13, cd15, cd11) and the ones where I ovulated earlier I had more O pains and more EWCM. I just wonder if those are the more fertile months - and perhaps the lack of EWCM was good for your girl sway but not good for getting pregnant mocha! I like Indira's idea about releasing once today then beginning frequent BD every night until you've ovulated (you could do that again tomorrow like you suggested on your other thread but I wouldn't give yourselves a hard time over it - it'll only raise your testosterone!!).

I was tempted to do that - release once then dtd tonight for real, but I thought that wouldn't be enough for frequent bd? Instead I thought we'd better release twice today (once on his own, once on a condom), then dtd tomorrow for real (maybe even after having him release one more time). In all honestly, though, it would make my life soooooo much easier if we could just release once then start with our attempts. As I've said elsewhere, dh is really starting to lose patience with me with all this swaying stuff.

I think you have to go with your gut feeling - I think maybe I'd want to do something else to lower count if I wasn't doing frequent BDing in the strictest sense, maybe a little Sylk or one dose of Rephresh now and not again, but I know you dropped those. Rainbow made a really good point that those things may do as much to lower count as frequent BDing does and that both may be too much for some couples. Whatever decision you make will be the right one for you!

Hmm...good point. I admit I was eying my Rephresh today and thinking about using a fingertip full today since anytime after today I'll be cutting too close for comfort. Maybe I'll use a little after all and just have dh release once before we dtd. I'm going to steer clear of the Sylk again, though - I just think it was too much in combo with the Rephresh!

I agree one or the other - and at least with Rephresh you can use it once and not worry about it again. GL mocha - the diet is obviously doing the biggest chunk of the swaying for you. I know it may have lowered your fertility 'too' much but perhaps with relaxing on the frequent BDing and just using a little Rephresh in its place that may tip the scales and get you your BFP -with the diet still lowering your fertility to get the balance right between swaying girl and actually getting pregnant!!

You're right - I was thinking of dropping frequent BD if I didn't get pregnant this month anyway. Maybe I'll just figure I've dropped frequent BD instead of Rephresh this month, and maybe that combo will work for me.
