I ovulated later than I used to this month, cycle day 15. This makes my luteal phase only 11 days. Do I need to work on lengthening this?

Thanks! I can't 100% confirm I O'd because I don't temp but I had positive opk on the evening of cd 14 so I figure it happened on day 15. We had an attempt on day 13, day 14, and two on 15 so I thought I'd get pregnant for sure!!

Sometimes the egg is just not a good one (and that can happen to anyone at any age) and has nothing to do with length of luteal phase)

I have fairly short luteal phase (10-12 days) and have managed to get pregnant 3 times, so don't worry about it being too short!
