OMG Lauren!! I'm super jealous!! I didn't lose hardly anything on the diet. For some reason my body won't let go of the weight unless I eat extremely high protein and basically no carbs, so the LE diet was horrible for me. Even the pcos version didn't help. I couldn't consistently do the cardio, so I went couch potato. I'm kind of kicking myself over not trying harder, but I was more focused on reducing stress than anything.

I knew if I didn't do the cardio I would be miserable in self loathing... Haha. I am super competitive, so once I start something I can't let myself give up. I started losing weight before swaying.... So I was so glad I could continue on my journey while swaying. I'm just nervous about gaining weight when I get pregnant and go back to eating meat, nuts, health fats. I hope I don't go crazy.

Haha I figure that will be the case for me as well. I've been avoiding meat for 6 months, and then when I can actually eat it I'll probably have a huge aversion to it. Lol

So far, that's been the case for me Lauren. I have always had a meat aversion while I'm pregnant. I was hoping this time would be different. I guess it's just how my body responds to being pregnant, lol!

I'm 186 right now.. 5'9
My "ideal" weight that I feel great at is 165... So after the next baby that will be my goal.
