Sorry to hear that![]()

BW not an issue for me... the only thing to ever come from BW was my prog was low with our angel DD. My numbers double pretty good though so... Though the chromosome testing might make me nervous this time, knowing we have had a baby with chromosome abnormalities. But at least I'll have finding out the gender to look forward to![]()

Not sure what it means, if anything but... I tested last night... not 100% on why but I did. I knew there would probably be no line but I guess that is why I did it. To make sure there was no chance that this mornings test would end up being lighter than last night's, I get all excited see a line or something and then get let down... Anyway, I got the itch to test again tonight and decided to go fo it to compare it to last night's test since I didn't have AM tests to compare
and....

There is always the possibility it is just a normal flux of hormones but it feels good to see that tonight's test is darker than last night's test.So much for not being a POAS addict this cycle
Oh well, will power is overrated lol.

In the grand scheme, just something to toy with until your levels are high enough for HPT to pick up, because if using an opk as an HPT same rules apply... to be + test line has to be as dark or darker than the control line to be positive and you'll get a HPT BFP before a + OPK. But here is the rundown of how it works...
LH and HCG are essentially twins, but HCG has a "nose job". OPK's test for the twin, HPT tests for the nose job. SO, OPKs will pick up on HCG as well as LH. HPT will ONLY pick up on HCG. The idea is that if your OPKs get progressively darker each day it's a good sign that HCG is building, even though you may not be able to get anything on an HPT. It is NOT a replacement for HPTs but can possibly give you an idea of what is going on. Heres a pic of OPKs and HPTs to show you what I mean(I did this when I got preg with my DD... *Important note* just because your OPKs aren't getting darker doesn't mean you are out... some test are just less sensitive than others!*
