Do you usually get AF cramps this many days before she shows? I usually only get them the day before O or maybe 2 days before. FX its not her on her way! Originally Posted by twointow83

I am having HORRIBLE AF-type cramps... Nothing like the AF type cramps I've had and still been preg before. TMI, and I never thought I'd say this, but I HOPE my IBS is acting up (my IBS cramps can feel remarkably similar to AF cramps sometimes).
On a more semi-positive note, I took the tylenol and my headache calmed for a few mins... had about 15-20 mins of relief, but it came ROARING back. Two, I had af-like cramps this cycle and I am assuming it was implantation. It lasted from 8dpo until 12dpo. I was convinced af was going to show up early!! I got a bfp instead.
