Confused 21 Weeks along, ultrasound gender determination help PLEASE!!!

Hello. I had my gender determination done at 19 weeks. The tech was young and not positive but told me we were having a baby girl. I then had my medical prenatal ultrasound at 21 weeks and was told by the tech who also does gender determination elsewhere that the baby is definitely a boy and was very surprised the first tech missed it! Now I am very confused. I have been going through the first ultrasound dvd over and over and cannot see the gender clearly enough.

From my second ultrasound at 21 weeks, the tech sent me home with a few images. This one added being the best front view. I never received the "potty seat picture nor the nub picture" but a head on, front view photo. Please let me know what you think. In this photo I see a penis and the testicle tubes with the empty translucent sac underneath. The testicles haven't dropped down in this stage of development that I have read. Your input would be much appreciated!!!

Bottom right was the ultrasound photo in which I was told the baby is a girl at 19 weeks. The other three are from the latest ultrasound that says it's a boy. I do see the "three lines" in the bottom right photo from 19 weeks, but the other 3 newer photo's look so different!!!

Im not really sure but to me it kind of looks like a willy and testies but it also looks it could be girl parts. Ive never seen a potty shot from the top at this gestation.

Looks like a boy to me, but very hard to tell since the potty shot is taken from the top. Difficult to say with the picture from week 19. I do not see any boy parts there... [emoji53]

These are all taken from above. It's not the right angle for a tech to determine gender.
