Ok, I used some Rephresh (just a fingerful) and had him release. Now I have to decide whether or not to dtd for real tonight, or whether I'd be better to use a condom. I have a feeling he'd think I'm crazy if I suggest he put on a condom since the whole point is to get pregnant, so maybe we should just go for it. I'll let you all know tomorrow what I decided!

I decided to have him release again in the evening instead of dtd - I just want to make sure I have no regrets about my sway. He's at work now, but when he gets home I *might* ask him to release once in the early evening, then dtd for real before bed. Either that, or we'll just dtd without the extra release - I'll see what his mood is when he gets home.
Do you think if we do 3 releases then dtd we can just dtd once every day from here on in and consider ourselves caught up with frequent bd? Or do we have to bd twice a day through O at this point?
My cm has turned that same cloudy/watery it did at O last month, and my cervix is no longer SHOW. m change is due to the Zyrtec I took last night since it's a dramatic change since yesterday. I think I would be worried I missed O except I still haven't gotten a positive OPK and my temp was still very low this morning. I think O will come on schedule on Friday or Saturday.

I honestly don't know mocha, I wish I did! If DH is willing to release by himself in the mornings and you DTD in the evenings then that's great but from what you've said I don't think he'd be impressed with that suggestion. I know you were against a JAD but I do wonder whether DTD just once each day with a JAD might have a similar effect without the pain in the arse of having to do it twice (or having DH fed up with the whole thing!).

Hmmm...I'll have to give that some thought. I definitely wouldn't JAD for all my attempts (I just NEED to get pregnant this cycle or I think I'm going to go completely batty), but I could do that until I get my +OPK, at least. I just feel like JAD is taking a step backwards when I'm trying to find ways to make it more likely I'll get pregnant. I just wish there was some way of knowing exactly how important low sperm count is to the overall sway. I like to think my 20lb weight loss and diet changes will sway more powerfully anyway, + I used the Rephresh and am downing Diet Pepsi from now until I O.... I'm also happy that the EWCM seems to be disappearing with the Zyrtec, which will help, right?
I'm always so stressed in the days leading up to O! I always feel better once the deed is done and the power is out of my hands.

If you're not convinced on the frequent BD/low sperm count and you're confident in the other parts (and I think you're right to be!) then forget about the stress and just do it how ever many times you need to do it to get in a few attempts around O - you've been BDing through O (and very close to O before that) so perhaps lowering sperm count is why you haven't been getting pregnant at all!
My DS2 said today 'what if you lay another baby mummy'. (I've tried telling him that mummy's give birth to babies but he always refers to it as laying a baby) I said 'would you like that?' and both DS1 and DS2 say yes, so I ask whether they would like a boy baby or a girl baby. DS1 says he wants a boy baby and DS2 says he'd like a girl baby and just as I'm going all squishy inside at how cute he is he says 'then when she's older we can play with her bras and knickers!'. For goodness sake, he's 4 years old!!! So at least I have some little people who'd be very happy for me to make another little boy and perhaps I should be worried about bringing a girl into a house filled to the brim with testosterone (and I think that includes me!!).

Lol, z, I love that, so cute!!! Boys are truly fab!!! Mocha, I'm not chiming in with the frequent bedding as I have no idea, sorry!!!! I do however think that you arebdoing so much to sway and over kill on the releasing/bedding may mean not getting pregnant at all. Af over for me so I'm starting the frequent bedding again soon and keeping my fx that I ov this month!!!

I know!! It's a joke, got to laugh though! So much going on in the real world at the moment I'm not too focused on my lack of pregnancy!
