i can pinpoint ovulation pretty well because I have used gonal f in the past due to severe weight loss. now my fsh is up at 12 but I have a high amh and a decent amount of follicles. my bmi is stable at 19.

I think your questions might be exceeding my limited knowledge base lol. Personally, if you truly can pinpoint O as precisely as you say, I would BD no less than 8 hours (personally I'd actually shoot for at least 12, but that is just me) before when you believe you'll O to allow for a margin of error since it's impossible to know the exact moment of O w/o watching it on u/s. Atomic has said time and time again (lol) that timing does not sway so you want to BD in time for your attempt to count and not worry about timing.

lol, I know this sounds crazy.
but the doc said when you trigger then you have 36 hours, which exactely matched with my o pains each time I had them. so 12 h before o, just to make sure I dont miss o?Hope the sperm will live that long.

I am no expert and I don't play one on TV lol. Hopefully someone else chimes in. I was just sharing what I personally would do.

I agree with Twointow83. Although, I'd bd 24 hours before O. Good luck!

I am new to the idea of clomid, do ladies use it to help sway pink? and if so, how would you go about getting some from your GP if you dont have any health reason to use them?

I honestly don't know how you get it without a health reason... hopefully someone else will chime in for you. Yes, it does sway pink.

The only side effects I had were night sweats and very mild headaches. Good luck!
