Looking good!!! The ALA is Alpha Linolic Acid (showing off now lol) and is found in walnuts!! So if you've been eating any of these then you've been getting a healthy top up All systems go for you I believe!!!!!!!!!!

We are eating mixed nuts every day but no walnuts in it. I go buy some today for sure hope it's still helps some from now till O!
Also I just talked to DH and we are going with the pre=seed not the EW.

I think to most people I just look thick in the middle but my friend I met today said she could kinda tell She did laugh and say (in a funny way) normally she can't tell with me til 6 months so either I'm farther along than I say I am or I'm just packin it on with #3 ... gotta love friends like that

So, check out my temp today! AND NO AF yet? I didn't test this morning (14dpo) but I don't have any spotting or anything yet, and I would have started today, even with the progesterone. I skipped my midday dose yesterday and today, although I took it last night, and still.....nothing yet. Idk. I don't want to get my hopes up, because I may open up like the red sea at any moment, but this is a bit unusual.

OK, I looked at my chart from last month and realized that I started AF on 15dpo, but I didn't take any progesterone on 14dpo because I got a bfn that day. Hmmmm.
