I didn't get my +OPK today, even though I was sure I would. My cervix is now completely soft and so open I could stick my whole finger in there (don't worry - I didn't). CM is EW and abundant. I'm going to test again this evening, but I suppose it doesn't really matter if I miss my surge since I'm BDing through O and have already started. Still, I love seeing that smiley to confirm all my body's signs. At least I'm temping again this month so I'll be able to see from my temps if I've O'd.

I haven't decided whether or not to get DH to release again tonight before we dtd. He's been surprisingly compliant the past couple of nights, probably because I've helped a bit with the process . I'm not going to use any more Rephresh even though it will wear out tomorrow and I think at this point I'll O Saturday...I just don't want to have fresh Rephresh in there this time to kill all the sperm.

Yay! I think I just got my +OPK! I usually test 3 times a day, but I forgot to first thing this morning. About an hour after I woke up, I peed again and tested with an ic, and it was almost positive. I'm going to hold my pee all morning and test again at lunch time, but I'm fairly sure I'll get my smiley then. Woo hoo! I'll probably O sometime tonight or tomorrow. I'll make sure to get at least one more attempt in tonight to be sure.

Oh, and I didn't make dh release before we dtd last night. Instead I sort of JAD - I say sort of because I waited maybe 2 minutes before getting up and propped my hips, then got up and let gravity to its work.

Woo Hooo Mocha!! this month has got to be your month!!! CD 2 here so I am officially in the TTC in Sept thread! I should ovulate between Sept 20 and Sept 25th, not sure since last cycle was just a mess! Thinking of abstaining from now till cd11 (Sept 18) and then go to freq bd till I get a positive opk. I don't know. Maybe third month will be charm? I think I am going to go lite on the rephresh or not even use at all. Not sure on that one. Good Luck to us all ladies!

Good luck to everyone else too - I have been following posts and hope everyone gets the gender of their dreams (me included!)

I am so confused with my cycle. I am 11DPO. I spotted last night and knew AF was coming. Today I got a faint but visible BFP on a dollarama (dollar store) test. I am not sure if these tests work properly or not - I hope to get another later on. Regardless, the spotting has me worried that things are not sticking properly if I am in fact pregnant.

I am also worried as I Oed early this cycle and BDed twice on O day (like I did with my boys - which were once on O day). I did have other things to sway like Replens, diet, supplements, etc. but I am starting to stress out about timing now. This swaying business is tough - I'm sure I will always second guess something.

OMG tweedledum! I'm sure the test is working and plenty of people spot or bleed during pregnancy, not necessarily because something is wrong. You have to test again! {hugs} about worrying about the timing of your sway, I'm sure we'll all do the same about one aspect or another. Let us know!!

tweedle - I agree - tons of women spot during early pregnancy and are fine. Test again with a better test!

I just tested with my last digi OPK and got a -. I also used the same sample to test with an ic, and it was a lot lighter than this morning. I wonder if I had my surge overnight and missed it? My cervix is still SHOW. DH is working from home today and my two oldest sons are at school, so we might dtd this afternoon during ds3's nap and tonight to cover our bases. I'm out of digis so now I won't get the satisfaction of seeing that smiley, but at least if my temp goes up tomorrow I think it's safe to assume I O'd.

spotting can actually be a really good sign of pregnancy showing that the baby is implanting well, it doesn't mean anything bad necessarily. Congratulations on your BFP!
