500 -1000 mg daily thruout cycle

more nutrients and more Omega 3

I am only taking a prenatal at the moment. I do have 1000mg of fish oil but haven't started taking them yet. Can fish oil mess cycle up?

I know EPO can mess up your cycle, but have never heard of fish oil doing it.....

no, it may actually help you conceive a boy. More Omega 3 and saturated fats instead of Omega 6 vegetable fats, may make you more likely to conceive a boy

Not to my knowledge, but megadose B vitamins that are in some prenatals can mess up cycle. Stick to no more than 100% DRV of B6

1000 max, if you are not taking EPO you can half that to 500 unless you cook a lot with vegetable oil

Yes I do. I cook with vegetables oil. Soybean oil.

But I will change it to olive pomace and rapeseed oil which is healthier.

So should I take 1000mg everyday?
