Hi babydoctor,
Glad you are here. Thanks for your time in advance !
I have a question re ivf protocols. You mentioned to the lovely fourblessings that when there are eggs and sperm, ivf should work.
How do you know when you have tried the best protocol and there is no better for you. Basically, when should you just give up on your desired gender thru ivf ?
My siggy tells my story. Thanks

Hi Jils04
In reality I do not see many one hit wonders and usually it takes about 3 cycles to work out the best protocol. Then usually after that it can take another few cycles to fall pregnant, especially with PGD/IVF.
The one thing that is critical is that your RE and clinic do the proper pre-testing and continuously review the protocols. Too many times I have seen the same protocols being used for everyone or the same one used when no previous success had happened.. The RE should also continually evaluate your cycle and adjust accordingly. This too sometimes does not happen. How was your pre-testing results? I will help you through this as much as I can big hugs DR H

Hi, I am sorry it has taken a while to get back to you, I still feel unwell. I would be interested to know the E2 results.
I like ALA as an anti-oxidant and and put all my patients on it. The only thing you could consider perhaps is upping your dose to 75mg of DHEA and seeing how that goes. But yet again, when I put my patients on DHEA,
