    Coq10

Dh and I are only taking 100 mg of this because it's so expensive!! Should I increase this or is there a certain brand we should buy?

We are doing the same!!! Have literally just returned from a run to the shops as we ran out yesteday (I had hoped to have ovulated by now) and it was double the usual online prices, which were bad enough!!! We also take 100mg each per day.

Which brand are you taking? I've been trying BioActive Q10 100mg (x3/day) Sooooo expensive!

I don't even know what I'm taking. The kind that was on sale! I guess I should increase us to 400. I've read 400-600 is best. Dh is kind of over the high cost of swaying. We're in the 2ww of month two so I'm not sure what to expect. Our last dd took a looooong time to conceive.

I never use more than 100 for blue sways anyway. Coq10 may lower blood sugar which on HE Diet should not be a concern (you'd be eating so regularly you would never be able to have low blood sugar if you tried) but let's not push the envelope with megadoses either.

YOU DO NOT NEED 400-600 MG COQ10 unless you have proven issues with egg quality. That is mainly for people going HT and trying to pop out a bunch of eggs, and I sometimes use it for pink swayers with egg quality issues since coupled with LE Diet it could help lower blood sugar for them. Blue swayers do not need and shoudln't take megadose coq

Most important things are prenatal, multi for him, extra Vit. D. If you're eating enough fat you can PROBABLY let the fish oil slide too as long as you're not doing tons of veg oil

Yes, blue swayers should be taking it if you can afford it, because it can be beneficial to egg quality and may help turn food into muscle intstead of into fat (good for boy sway) It also may help make more and healthy sperm for DH.

Doing an HE Diet means you can do a few things that may lower blood sugar like exercising and Coq10 and it doesn't hurt anything because you will eating regularly enough your blood sugar would never go down anyway.
