    New to TTC girl

Forgive me if I have missed this information, I just found this site and there is so much to take in. Before finding this site, I was researching and all I found was information on supplements and ph, since coming here I see that these things don't seem to matter as much as diet. I'm hoping our first attempt will be in November, I really wish I found you all sooner!
Are there any foods that should be completely avoided?
I have a vascular malformation and take Motrin daily to reduce the pain, will this effect my sway at all? Motrin is always discontinued during my pregnancies and I start lovenox or heparin.
I don't ovulate regularly, but because I have had 4 natural pregnancies, my current Obgyn will not listen to me... Time to find someone new I know, but in the meantime, will soy isoflavones be of any help?
Last question, I am currently taking Zoloft for anxiety, will this have any effect on a girl sway?
This is my last pregnancy, I have 3 boys, 7.5, 4, 20 months, and I would really love a sister for my daughter who is 5.5!
Thanks so much for any help.

    Hi and welcome, Laura!

    November is plenty of time!

Motrin probably sways pink. So does Zoloft.

I really would not mess with soy iso with your health issues. It's not worth it. If you need to take the chance on fertility medication (and yes I agree you should seek another doctor's care if you aren't getting what you need from your current doc) then PLEASE hold out for the real deal, Clomid or Femara. Those actually work! With soy iso, you run the risk of interfering with your medication, side effects, and for lower effectiveness (if any!)

    Thank you!
as for exercising, is there an essay on this that I could read? I have quite a few questions, I want to make sure I fully understand and do this correctly. I read that to sway girl it's either 60 minutes or none, so anything less is harmful to the sway? As in will sway blue? Is it 60 minutes throughout the day or at one time? What about more then 60 minutes? What exactly constitutes as girl swaying cardio? Walking? Running? Elliptical? With 4 kids, I do quite a bit of walking, up and down the stairs all day, use the trampoline with them, just quite a bit of moving all day.

In my signature below there is a link to our index which has essays in alphabetical order and there's one on exercise in that.

But just to answer your q's real quick, after about 45 minutes your body stops burning carbs and starts burning stores of fat and muscle for fuel and something about this process seems to sway pink.

Moderate exercise may build muscle which may sway blue, especially if you are eating a lot of calories.

Any exercise that is mainly cardio will work. But people may need to use some light weights if they're very fit to get their heart rate up and that is ok as long as you're good on diet. WE've had best results with doing at least 4 days a week of actual exercise for 60 consecutive minutes and not only just running around after kids as taxing as that can be.

Thank you for answering, I do have one last question, sorry!
How important do you believe low sodium to be? Would you consider it to have a high impact on a girl sway? I can't seem to consistently keep sodium below 1,500-1,600. I'm sure if I tried harder I could, but to be honest, I have 4 kids in 4 different sports and I work nights, so convenience always seems to win, as embarrassing as that is to admit.

Is it the LE diet you're doing laura? I didn't think sodium mattered too much but just avoid adding to food etc? Otherwise ive been cocking up [emoji16]

Yes, the LE diet. I've read so much information before finding GenderDreaming, I could have read about sodium elsewhere! Hopefully it hasn't shown to be a huge importance...

I finally found the sodium info, atomic doesn't seem to think it is of much importance! I think I will still try and keep it low just for good measure.

While originally I did keep this in the mix because it is possible to do it with LE Diet, nearly all of us have given up the sodium restriction and our success rates have only gone up since we did. I got my girl eating tons of sodium after my 4th boy where I was limiting it. It also makes it wayyyy easier to stick to diet if you drop that part.
