I know your not supposed to use them but I have taken my temp at say 2am then again at 6am and the adjustment works out to be roughly the same temp at 4am. It takes a bit of the stress out of it for me knowing I can adjust my temp if needed.
I have been using this one: MyMonthlyCycles > Basal Body Temperature (BBT) Adjuster

Thank you purple, I didn't realise we could do that. I usually temp at 6 but there was one morning I did it at 4 as I had to get up and was wide awake (and curious lol) and interested to see what difference it made
thank you for the link [emoji4]

I agree with Pbn - you all are crazy!
I don'[t even have one, but my desire to have twins is zilch. A friend of mine though was on Clomid and just gave birth to bb twins. They're cute...just not for me! lol.
Two - do you think even a little early would have given you a .03 difference? Sometimes, that makes all the difference on how a chart looks. But, I will say, three days prior to when I actually O'd, I had two temps that jumped just enough to make me wonder, but then had a clear shift a few days later. Weird though you already had a +OPK!
Essence - so sorry.Take care of yourself and give yourself a pampering day today!
Pb - Everything crossed you get some more answers soon - I've contemplated buying a CB weeks estimator just to see if my #s are in fact going up!
Purple - everything crossed your temp is up again in the morning and a BFP! I want to see ALL of you in the due date thread!!
AFM - another beta this afternoon, but won't know results until Monday.BUT, my lines are definitely darker today and my CB says "pregnant!" I've NEVER seen that word before, ladies!!
Also - I think before Clomid I had pretty low progesterone and LPD (one cycle I only made it to 7dpo before AF started and most cycles was 9dpo with spotting before that). On Clomid though obviously it increased my progesterone, but should I be concerned that it doesn't continue to increase throughout first trimester? I'm afraid if Monday's betas look good they won't have me in until 8 week u/s and my progesterone won't continue to increase and I'll end up mc. Or, does Clomid do a nice job of fixing that?
Here's pics from this morning!

No pics. Most docs don't do serial prog in my experience. If you are good early on I'd say you'll likely be fine until baby takes over but you could always ask if you are concerned.
As far as me, I am getting more sleep (but weirdly more tired) this cycle so I don't know because my norm is waking early, up half the night and waking up several times throughout the night so this cycle is a little different than I am used to.
I am about 75% sure I O'd yesterday. Cramping is completely gone this AM (oh and my right side got a little cranky again last night so there might be hope for it too lol). I just think either my temp was affected by the wake up time or my temp just hasn't caught up yet.
As far as twins. My mom was expecting twins (lost them) when I was a kid and I have loved the idea since. And since then I have had experience with a lot of twins and still love them. I will say I would prefer fraternal over identical. Because if you ever watched Full House... the episode where Jesse mixes up the twins... yeah... that'd be me lol.

I saved this chart too.... The one I posted earlier on cd17 I took my temp once at 630am and again at 8am. This chart is from 630am... I just disregarded it because the temp time was so off. Idk which one I should use.
