Comments regarding DW's diet changes-
I lost 4lbs just in the week I conceived. Small losses other weeks. I was able to skip breakfast daily and not eat before noon. I also ate full fat dairy (on the occasions I ate dairy which wasn't often). Tried to keep it to two meals a day with no snacking but wasn't perfect at that by any means.

DTD every 4 days landing my last attempt 2 days before O. I had planned to add a second attempt but fell asleep the night of positive OPK. Had an ultrasound the day before O (day after attempt) due to some left sided pain and it showed an ovulatory cyst on the left ovary.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
First cycle off BC, Conceived with one attempt, skipped breakfast daily, and conceived with antihistamines
Things that make me nervous about my sway:
I didn't lose as much weekly as I had hoped, and did not exercise the 30min/daily like was recommended

Things worth mentioning:
I had used Clomid in past cycles but hadn't used it since December 2014.
