Oh yes, I never posted yesterday's food, did I?

    7am: coffee
12pm: 2 cobs of corn and a pita with light hummus (yum!)
5:30pm: rice pasta with creme fraiche and parmesan, spaghetti squash with a little butter and maple syrup, 2 cobs of corn
9pm: light vanilla ice cream with fresh raspberries, a bowl of grapes, low sodium chips

Calories were fine at 1800, protein is fine as long as I don't include the corn, which accounts for a whopping 10g of protein! Sodium was fine - 800mg, even with the chips.

Tonight I'm going to a girlfriend's house with a bunch of friends and they're ordering in pizza. I'm going to do my best not to overindulge, but it's going to be hard because I'll be surrounded by pizza, chips, other snacks and sweet stuff.

    breakfast: none
lunch: low sodium pitta + philadelphia + grapes, apple... plus lots of chocolate (oops!), 2 WW chocolate slices with double cream and raspberries
tea: 1/2 Dominos garlic bread, 2 Dominos cookies, 2 marshmallows, cucumber

on the plus side I think I was only slightly over on the sodium, and I managed to not snack!

I'm off to my girls' night in soon, and very excited about eating pizza. I was very careful all day, and I've only eaten 6g of protein if I don't count vegetables and fruit, just under 400 calories, and only 32g of sodium. So basically I can eat 34g of protein, 1400 calories and almost 1000mg of sodium in one meal tonight. That amount of sodium probably will only amount to 2 pieces of pizza, which is sad, but I'll make sure to eat some of the sweet stuff that'll be there as well to add enough calories. Oh, and in case any of you didn't see on the other thread, I finally got a real +OPK and will probably O tonight or tomorrow. Yay! Would it be an awful thing for me to have a glass of wine tonight this close to O? I never drink even a drop of alcohol while pregnant, so maybe it's too risky to drink now?

from the health of a baby perspective I don't think a drink at O time will do ANY harm to it at all, not sure if it could affect a sway or not. yay for a positive OPK!

Too late I expect but I would definitely have had the wine - very acidifying!

I did have the wine...as well as 3 slices of pizza and a few handsful of chips and salsa . I'm sure my sodium was through the roof (I'm guessing 2000mg) - just from that one meal! I ate so much sodium that I actually felt my feet swell as the night went on. Weird, eh? I had a panic moment later in the night when I realised I was having a big cheat night right at O, but I can't do anything about that now. I'm fairly sure protein was fine and my calories weren't over, so I'll just keep telling myself sodium doesn't matter to make myself feel better.

    7am: coffee
    10am: 2 cups Crystal Light
12pm: rice with a tbsp of plain yogurt and lemon juice, green grapes, Diet Pepsi
    2pm: Diet Pepsi
5pm: 2 cobs of corn, Diet Pepsi (sense a trend?)
8pm: 3 slices cheese pizza, some tortilla chips with fresh salsa, a few veggies and dip, some odds and ends sitting around in bowls: a mini peanut butter cup, one Pringle, a cracker with some cheese spread on it, white wine + tiramisu and 2 bite-sized chocolate covered cheesecakes for dessert
11pm: caffeine free Diet Pepsi and 1/2 cup Crystal Light

My biggest mistake was sitting at the end of the table where all the snacks were. Once I started eating, I couldn't stop!

I still haven't O'd - temp was low this morning and cervix is still SHOW. Hopefully it will happen today. We didn't get another attempt in last night, but if I still haven't O'd by this afternoon, I may suggest another quickie to dh in case I O before nighttime. I just want to get the 2WW started!

You'll be fine mocha - and at least that group of friends won't be gossping that you're anorexic!

Look at what we're having for dinner today:

    http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/4...et-potato-mash

I can't wait as I can't remember the last time we sat down together on a Sunday and I ate the same as everybody else! I checked the nutritional contents of my ingredients and the calories and protein on the recipe are fairly accurate but my version will only have around 350mg sodium (thanks mostly to baby stock ****s!). We're having apple and blackberry crumble for desert and it all fits in with my daily allowance. I can't wait (did I say that already?!).

Hi all, really bad food day for me, had dinner with in laws so couldn't not eat what I was given
    No breakfast
11.00 small piece of carrot cake, skittles
2.00 roast dinner -potatoes, parsnips, peas, green beans, stuffing, turkey and gravy. It was a huge portion and i didn't really enjoy it but never mind! Also starters of French bread pizzas and macarel on toast and tarte tartin for dessert. All bad for diet!!!
I will have rice with a bit of yogurt tonight
