I thought I'd be the same. I always been told "8 weeks" and would have to go to specialist to be seen earlier. So it blew me out of the water when this lady said 6-8 weeks!

Last time due to work commitments I went in for 1st visit at 11 weeks only to find out the baby had passed away at 8 weeks and i had failed to miscarry. So this time i am making sure i go in at an early enough time.

So.. I guess I am done temping. I started the prog last night and taking it 2x a day would make my temps artificially high, so I don't really think there is a point to keep temping. Kinda glad the doc just decided to write the script. I was having some sharp, crampy pains last night and it was REALLY making me feel paranoid!! Cramps are gone now. Might be a coincidence, might not... I don't really care. I just feel better that they are gone.

We need some more ppl to get some BFPs! There are so few of us that it is REALLY quiet in here! I am used to all the chatter we get in the 2WW thread!

    I'm sorry for your loss!!

That's kinda what I am afraid of too. We has an u/s at 6 weeks last time, no heartbeat yet but growth right on track... then at our 8 week u/s no hb and baby had quit growing 2 days prior. So as much as I WANT to see bean asap it worries me that I wouldn't get another u/s prob until 12 weeks. Then I'll get 2 that week 1 @ specialists office and one in OB's office.

So glad you got the script, Two!! I've been worried about my progesterone as well, although at 10dpo it was at a 42 so I think things will be fine - hoping the Clomid gave us both some extra prog! I think my chemical in February was because of a LPD with low progesterone. I'm done temping as well - I think it would have just stressed me out more than I already am about this little bean!

My first appointment is October 8th too!! At 8am . I am scared to death we'll get there and hear no heartbeat, but I'm thinking positive and imagining being there and seeing the bub and hearing him/her strong.

I have a lot more cramps in the AM or PM. They're kind of higher...corpus luteum?

Thanks for the info on BM, Two! Yes, it was scary, but nothing else happened yesterday the million times I wiped. I still go every morning when I wake up, it's just harder to go. So I'll start to eat some more fiber for sure!

And I have crazy ass dreams. Like last night I had a dream DH and I separated and I was dating Blake Shelton?! I don't even find him attractive lol! Really weird crap kept happening in it too. Any weird dreams from you guys??

Me too! My pains were kinda shooting up towards my ribcage! If it were the corpus luteum though I'd imagine they would feel similar to O pains...

Yay! Though my u/s will be a different day. My ins is rediculous and won't pay for an office visit and u/s in the same day unless I am seeing my high risk specialist or if there is a problem.

I had a weird dream last night but don't remember it anymore. Just remember waking up thinking "man, that was weird!" Lol. Lol @ your dream [emoji28]

Wow! Yeah, your pains sound a lot higher than mine. Mine just felt higher ovary area, kind of like during O/2WW. I wonder what would cause those super high up ones? Interesting.

What will you do your first visit then? Everything but u/s? Will you know whether you have one or two that day? So many questions! haha

After 4 pregs + 1 CP everything likes to get loose pretty early on. YOU likely won't feel round ligament pain until the 2nd or 3rd tri because your body is kinda just learning. After your first your body kinda knows what it's doing and tends to do so much earlier. So, likely it was something related to that... made me paranoid anyway though lol.

As far as my appt. It's pretty boring. I won't even see my OB that day, I'll see the nurse practitioner. She will basically just get all my info in the system (LMP, O date, how I am feeling. Last time she ordered bw to check my prog and a bunch of other stuff and put in an order to schedule me for u/s. And I get a folder of handouts and a couple prenatal vit samples. Like I said... boring lol. BUT I had JUST had a pap done less than a month prior. In the past, if it'd been awhile I also had to endure that during my first visit.

I missed a question lol. I *might* know the day of my u/s but I have read that a lot of twin mommies only see 1 bean until around 8 weeks... some even later. So if I only see 1 I am going to go with it but not necessarily believe it 100% until a later u/s

I keep wondering if I'm still feeling the little bean snuggle in tightly, or the placenta or somethigng happening in there! Today I had some weird feelings and I was like, "OMG, what if that's the heartbeat starting?!" Lol. I'm seriously crazy. Mine has mostly been linked to my uterus/ovary area. I know you can't physically feel those things, but it's interesting to think about. Does round ligament pain go all the way up to your ribcage?

Eww...that does suck with a boring first appointment. Bummer for sure. Will you at least get to make an u/s appointment for not too far away from Oct. 8th? (Like, the 12th lol!). I think it might be okay to go in early for work done. I feel like I'm just hanging on a thread as far as what the heck is going on in there. Wish I could have some reassurance that things are progressing, even with a little BW to check levels.

I think I started to get a little nauseous today - right after I ate some yogurt. It was not fun at all. And I'm exhausted right now (although it's been a busy day and I ate a crappy lunch). I'll feel better with some good nausea though to know things are picking up!

EDIT: Also, will you be getting a flu shot? Everyone is recommending it and we're doinng a free one here at work on October 8th so I'm sure I'll do it, just wanted more thoughts on getting them.
