Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I always skipped breakfast, I would make coffee with splash of cream and equal, hardly ever got to finish it.

Would have a pop tart or some small lunch around 12:30 or so.

Ate less meat than I ever did. Only had 2 meals, try to take away snacking, and I did pretty good.
Ate around 1200 calories or so

If diet was used, length of time before attempt?

LE Diet was around 8 weeks, but I been on a diet since March.

Any Diet Details?

I lost a total of 41 pound since March.
The month I got pregnant, I lost an extra around 5 pounds. I was 122 in August and dropped down 119 ending of August, and then dropped down to 114, the month I got pregnant.

I was working out since March, but since August, I stopped because I was way to busy, I moved into my new home and then school etc.

Any additional comments?

I am not sure of what day around ovulation I conceive.
It was not planned and a total shock.
I think it had to be around ovulation day, because that day I had some pains so maybe it was ovulation.
My periods been messed up for a long time.
I would spot for a whole week then bleed for a week on an off.
The month before I got pregnant, I had bleeding in middle of the month and ending. So I was confused.

I was not attending on trying until December or so.

I know the day we DTD, because that was only time DH accidently had an oops. I didn't I would get pregnant from one attempt. I did jump and dump, but had the big O. Pretty sure we did not DTD for around 5-6 days before. We have not been DTD alot for the past couple of months, from being busy.
I was having allergy symptoms so I would take bendryl every day, and took it after sex just incase. DH was taking some here and there also, for our allergies

Any additional supplement info?

I was taking Vitex from around ending of July. Stopped taking it around 2 weeks before getting pregnant. Took less also around only 400mg from the 800mg.
It was increases my heart rate at night so I stopped it. I did take again few days ago but now stopped since I am pregnant.

I been on fiber supplements for a few months and up me take alot since July, I think it helped me lose the rest of my weight, with the diet also.

Did you do anything with Ions?

I start blow drying my hair again, not for swaying, I also straighten it. I did blow dry and straighten my hair the day we DTD

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Not on the diet as long as I wanted to be. I wanted to be on it for the full 12 weeks. I been dieting for so long though, so hoping that helps.

Things worth mentioning:

This was a surprise!
I was even changing my mind on having another child, due to money issues, and lucky to have my 3 children.
So I am a bit scared and feel sad, but then I think, God gave me this for a reason, maybe this is another daughter and a sister for my daughter. Also, my 1 year old will have a sibling to grow up with, since my other two will always be in older grades etc.
