Just bumping in hopes someone can confirm if we have a nub or not

First line or three is not the nub. Part of the nub is the second line from the bottom and the last line (the rest of the nub) is obscured. It appears to be stacked. Hard to tell without the baby lying down.

I will have another couple of scans before the 'big scan' to check on the bleed but it will be too late for nubs and our hospital don't do potty shots.
