Heartburn?

Anyone always get heartburn or indigestion during pregnancy? I seem like I always do!!
Had it only twice with my DD and a lot with my two DS. I would even get it during ovulation its awful

I had it with both my boys. DS2 it started before I even got the BFP. I didn't really get it with either miscarriage so for me it would be a good sign even though it feels awful. With DS2 I used zantac and it helped, I know other women who need even stronger meds so at least mine wasn't as bad.

I had it HORRIFICALLY CONSTANTLY WORST THING EVER with all 5 pregnancies and then for some reason for about two years randomly for no reason when I wasn't pregnant (they thought I had an ulcer but I didn't).

My mom never had it with her pregancies. (2 living girls and one boy)

it does not predict gender. Had it just as bad with girl as boys

It is awful! I suffered from this as a teen, more of acid reflux right between the ribs. Then once I got pregnant with my first son it came back! Then had it maybe 2 days with my daughter, then after that every pregnancy! Even my miscarriage I I even gotten it around ovulation lol and pure heartburn with my Second son was so awful, I couldn't eat, I had it even during labor,

I read some vinegar can help. I hate it ,
I need to ask my mom if she ever had it. She has 3 girls I need to ask her

It's not glamorous, but Tums does as good as anything. The papaya can work too.

Not eating doesn't fix it because then the acid has "nothing to do" but come back up. Small frequent meals are best
