    Working Moms, did you ever feel guilty for TTC again? How do I not stress for this for a pink sway?

    Hello ladies,

    I am back to work after my second maternity and I have to say I feel the difference.

    When I conceived my first DD, I did not feel guilty, it was nature's calling and I wanted to become a mom.

    When I was TTC my second and I became pregnant with DS, I felt horrible, he was conceived 3 months after I returned to work and I could hear people saying back at me, pregnant again and you only just returned.

    Now my dream is to sway pink after gender disappointment with DS, though I am surprised how cute he is, my big little boy whom I love to bits and I would not change for anything. But my guilt is even more this time, I plan to wait till DS is over 1.5 before TTC again, but I know I feel horrible and do take the opinion of others into account a lot.

    How do I get over this to be able to be stress free (and it does cause me to stress) so that I have a better pink sway?
    I feel that I need to see a counselor so that I feel comfortable with my decision to become a mom again and not let the business world make me feel I am committing a crime.

    Is this the only way? I want to feel whole about TTC this time again like with DD and not let anything affect me...

    Did any of you ladies feel anything similar?

    Do not stress over stress. That is not the kind of thing that sways. Stress itself, the kind you have from being a working mom, sways pink and has been proven to in studies.

    The only reason I ever mention it is to keep people from treating swaying as a "game you can win" or a project that if only you do it "perfectly" then you are going to "earn" a DD. It is being a control freak and perfectionist that sways blue, and while some people do feel "stressed" about that, it's not the same kind of thing as actual stress.

    Normal day to day life stuff is out of our control. I do not want you guys to trade stress over swaying for stress over stress. Panicking about "stress" is the wrong thing to do!

    Thank you Atomic! I know what you mean and I am a stressball. I will just be myself and let nature takes it way and try to get over my guilt if possible, not so much for swaying but so I am at peace with myself...

    I will do things that calm me so that I am more easygoing and will not think about how stress affects my sway, as life is life and there is no crystal ball as you so often rightly advise us.
