Just a stupid feeling! Only first month trying since m/c but with the multiple attempts and using softcups too, which have always worked in the past, I just wasn't expecting a bfn. I always knew that I would struggle hugely if we didn't get pregnant on this first proper attempt so we gave it our all!

I feel like I'll never get pregnant and I think it's so negative for the process. I added yoga and a fertility mediation from YouTube to hopefully change my thoughts. I only do it 10 minutes a day before my kids are up. The first two months of swaying we dtd from 2-0 to O and I didn't get pregnant so it's tough to swallow.

Oh I know what you mean. I thought there was some scientific reason. You will, girl. I have been trying with two attempt in fertile window the last 3 mos and bfn I haven't had a Mc but I can relate to you on giving in everything and still nothing!!

Tell me how you use soft cups? I'm thinking about giving them a try this month? Do you lay there for a while before inserting it? Why do you choose soft cup over diva cup? (Sorry so many questions)

When we used them for DS2, I put it in before getting up. I used soft cups because they sat up higher against the cervix than the diva cup.

11 dpo for me, big temp drop this morning, bfn and I have started spotting. Feeling very very glum about this whole thing as we had multiple attempts and I just feel like since the m/c I won't be able to get pregnant again. Not sure what to do or where to go from here, feeling very trapped as I am exhausted by swaying but just don't feel I can let myself give up

So pb, did you end up doing another attempt??

I'm 13 dpo. My temp went up a little this morning but I think it was just a fluke. Haven't tested since 9 dpo but I do not feel pregnant what so ever.

Yes I did boysboys but only because I was pretty sure I'd oed earlier that day. So technically I've had two attempts in fertile window but I'm really ok with it because to me it still feels like one

What is your usual lt phase? Are you just going to see if af arrives or will you test again? Fx for you!!

This is end of my swaying journey ladies, me and dh have decided if we get a bfn this month then a 3rd dc just wasn't meant to be. I don't want to sway anymore and I didn't want to ttc unless I was swaying - even if I ended up with another ds I would at least know we tried our best for a dd. This would be the last cycle that would give me a due date around my 38th bday and dh's 45th and we just dont want to be any older than that if we were to have another baby. So I'm extra glad we had the other attempt and I'm really at peace with throwing in the towel and having life get back to normal

Kkkk37 i m sorry for your loss. I m 6dpo as well. I checked in morning to see bfn.
I ll check again on 10 dpo i guess.
