There was a lot to catch up on. Sorry for those who had af show and hopefully those they bfps come soon.

I've had a really bad week of cheating (full af depression!) and have eaten a ton of simple carbs with no protein, hardly lifted weights, and did not eat a lot of protein in general. Would you skip this month? I've still eaten a lot I think just nothing nutritious. I actually at ice cream twice today!

Quinn I wouldn't skip. I thought about that after my first 2ww of cheating and I've just had my 3rd 2ww cheat lol. It's up to you but if you've been on the diet awhile I wouldn't worry about a small window of cheating

Quinn ive been eating regularly with the family. Im kinda over the le thing as its simply one area that has always been a struggle from the beginning. What ive stuck to usall the things that do work in my favour. Id just go for it 😊

Thanks pbn. Opk this AM looks just like last nights so ill repeat again tonight. I seem to have better luck in the evening than the afternoon for some strange reason. Im just trying to work out bd times depending on when I O and factoring in everything else 😂😂

I dont temp and wasnt sure what is going on but now im thinking it is def af. I have light period but i first did think it was implantation.

Just the one attempt pbn but I don't want to jump the gun like last time (and just trying to plan a possible attempt is nuts with our schedule) 😊 tmro night would be ideal as weds is extremely busy but will see how we go.

Geez that's a tough one mammacass! Do you check cervix by any chance and any change to cm? I'd still be bding until you're sure think its going to be one of those 'see what happens over next few days'
