Okay. So i tossed and turned and woke up around 430, had a big glass of water then temped at 5 (temp was lower than yesterday.) then I fell into a deep good sleep from 5 until 818 and temped and got a .8 degree spike from yesterday. (8 is when I normally temp) What temp do I keep???
I wish it were so easy that I slept perfectly all night

I'm upset. I got this on my first response this morning but my temperature plummeted and I had spotting yesterday. It's too late for an implantation dip.

Mommymachine, your temps are still way above your coverline so I wouldn't worry. Your test looks darker than yesterday's so that's good. Fertility Friend says an implantation dip typically happens between 7-10 DPO so you're within that range. FX for a sticky lil bean!!

2xblue- my LP can vary from 10 to 14 days. So far it doesn't seem to have a pattern but ive only been using opks a short while

I think you O'd on CD16 with CD18 being a fallback rise. I've read that a fallback rise is always on 2dpo.

Agreed! Plus the 2nd temp was at your normal time (15 minutes won't make a difference). Drinking something can have an affect on your temp for a long time. I wouldn't trust a temp unless it was closer to an hour after drinking something cold.
