You are supposed to continue diet to the best of your ability (with of course the occasional cheat) until 7-10 DPO (all month even better) or BFP whichever comes first. Yes, sperm has met egg but you don't KNOW that you conceived, and our results show clearly that 12 weeks or more on diet is best results - not 2 w on, 2 w off diet for 12 weeks, but 12 weeks on diet.
More importantly, studies have shown that XX develop best in a low glucose environment and so we believe it is best to continue skipping breakfast and snacks thru 5-7 DPO at the least.

Thank you so much for your reply! Yes I actually think it was 1 attempt in fertile window as on day 9 when we DTD I had low fertility on the clearblue and a negative opk. I think my fertile window started on day 10 when the flashing smiley came and lasted to day 12 when I ovulated. So DTD on day 11 probably was one attempt in that window...
You're right there is always going to be something we wish we could have done better and I do just feel very thankful I got that BFP xDS1 2012, DS2 2013 💙💙
