Been eating more red meat too! Working out daily but not like I used to. Less cardio more weights. And I'll be taking robetussin from AF - O!

Our first attempt is actually in a week or two! About to finish up AF now. I'm hoping it'll take the first time cuz I have a really regular cycle. Nothing out of the ordinary. Pretty much like clockwork! So we'll see what happens!

I will also use robitussin 5 days before O ... Are u going to use preseed as well ?

I know it's not recommended by most Gender Dreaming admins, but I'll probably use egg whites! Just cheaper and I can use a lot rather than have to go buy more preseed. And then lots of big O's for me! what's your plan for DTD and frequency and timing and such?

We are doing every other day from AF to O, and then at least 1-2 attempts on day of O!

I am not sure but this month i got a lot of ewcm sorry tmi but tht was my first ovualtion after mc ... so m just 50-50 on preseed ...

My ideal plan would be O-1, O and O+1 ... but lets see how things will be when i will ovulate ... but i hav no plans of unprotected dtd before ovulation ... dont know m just scared ...female sperms of my dh is too strong i guess lol ...

Haha yeah I'm not taking chances either before! So we are doing protected from AF - O and then 1-2 tries 12 hours or so after first pos opk!

I hate to butt in to these threads, I really do, but I have to for the benefit of the people who may not read other threads and are only going off what one person chooses to do.

DO NOT use egg whites. It's not because I work for Preseed and like making people spend money (because I don't and I don't). It is because it a) doesn't work and we get equal if not better results than the other site without them, b) cuts odds of conception by a lot and most people who used it did not even get pregnant til they dropped it c) because it can raise your pH so high right around ovulation when your cervix is wide open that you give any microorganisms in your VJ or on hubby's bizness a straight path right into your uterus where it can cause infections and miscarriages and d) egg whites THEMSELVES can have microorganisms that grow in high pH (like salmonella among others) so then that's doubly bad.

If you can't afford Preseed, no worries. Don't use it. Your own natural EWCM is much better than Preseed anyway. But please DO NOT use egg whites. Our miscarriage rate among blue swayers is so so so much less than on the "other site" and our times to conception is so much faster!

I do know the cautions with it. And I've battled with it for a long time.. I just can't afford preseed and I have no CM.. Like none.. It's not even that it's acidic or not (which the little I have is acidic) but even that aside, I'm as dry as a bone down there /: I don't know what other options I have!
